Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners and HR Coordinators to finalize job descriptions and initiate new requisitions in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Advertise job openings across various online job boards, state employment agencies, educational institutions, and community organizations.
  • Ensure a positive experience for both internal and external stakeholders, with a strong emphasis on candidate engagement.
  • Work alongside other Talent Acquisition team members to enhance efficiencies and performance.
  • Assist Talent Acquisition Partners in conducting preliminary phone interviews for selected candidates.
  • Coordinate in-person interviews on behalf of Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring managers.
  • Support recruitment initiatives and proactively suggest improvements for processes and efficiencies.
  • Provide general administrative assistance to the recruitment team, including managing calendars, organizing documents, and gathering information from hiring managers.
  • Facilitate candidate travel arrangements as needed.
  • Lead Orientation sessions as a backup when required.
  • Meet deadlines, track recruitment metrics, generate reports, and analyze data.
  • Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Exhibit strong organizational skills to excel in this role.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
Preferred Skills:
  • Familiarity with ADP, Workday, iCIMS, or similar Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Understanding of EEOC and applicable employment laws and regulations.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A high degree of professionalism.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities with urgency.
  • A commitment to continuous learning and professional development in HR.
Work Arrangement:

This position offers a hybrid work model, requiring in-office presence as well as remote work.
