Role Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners and HR Coordinators to finalize job descriptions and initiate new requisitions in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Advertise job openings across various online platforms, state job agencies, educational institutions, and community organizations.
  • Ensure a positive experience for both internal and external stakeholders, emphasizing candidate engagement.
  • Work alongside the Talent Acquisition team to enhance operational efficiencies and performance metrics.
  • Assist Talent Acquisition Partners in conducting preliminary phone interviews for selected candidates.
  • Organize in-person interviews for Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring managers.
  • Support various recruitment initiatives and proactively suggest process improvements.
  • Provide administrative assistance to the recruiting team, including calendar management, document organization, and collection of necessary documentation from hiring managers.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for candidates as needed.
  • Lead orientation sessions as a backup when required.
  • Meet deadlines, track recruitment metrics, generate reports, and analyze data.
  • Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Exhibit strong organizational skills to excel in this role.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in recruitment or human resources.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with ADP, Workday, iCIMS, or similar Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Understanding of EEOC regulations and applicable employment laws.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with a high degree of confidentiality.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional demeanor with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • A commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the HR field.
