Senior Cybersecurity Program Manager

Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Program Manager to enhance the operations of the CISA Cybersecurity Division (CSD). CSD is at the forefront of national efforts to fortify the security, resilience, and workforce capabilities of the cyber ecosystem, safeguarding essential services. The ideal candidate will blend technical acumen, leadership capabilities, and strategic foresight to oversee cyber operations within CSD. This role is contingent upon contract award.

Core Duties:

  • Document and analyze all critical processes and systems.
  • Formulate, execute, and uphold the organization's cybersecurity policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Supervise the design and deployment of security measures to shield the organization's systems, networks, and data from cyber threats.
  • Conduct routine security evaluations and audits to pinpoint vulnerabilities and weaknesses within the organization's infrastructure and applications.
  • Devise and manage incident response strategies and protocols to tackle cybersecurity incidents and breaches.

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates should possess:

  • A minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
  • At least 10 years of experience in directing or managing an organizational cybersecurity program, focusing on operational planning and the coordination of integrated cyber defense strategies.
  • A Master's degree in a related discipline (such as Computer Science, Information Security, or Cybersecurity).
  • Preferred industry certifications including CISSP, CISM, or CISA.
  • Proficient expertise in Microsoft Office 365 applications (including PowerPoint, Visio, Project, OneNote, SharePoint, Power BI).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • U.S. Citizenship is required.
  • A current DoD Top Secret Clearance is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary Range: $150,000-$210,000, commensurate with experience and education.
