Position: Senior Cyber Program Manager

Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a Senior Cyber Program Manager to provide support to the Cybersecurity Division of CISA. This division is pivotal in leading national efforts to enhance the security, resilience, and workforce capabilities of the cyber ecosystem to safeguard essential services. The ideal candidate will combine technical knowledge, leadership acumen, and strategic foresight to oversee cyber operations within the division. This role is contingent upon contract award.

Core Duties Include:

  • Documenting critical processes and systems
  • Creating, executing, and maintaining the organization's cybersecurity policies, procedures, and standards
  • Supervising the design and implementation of security measures to protect the organization's systems, networks, and data from cyber threats
  • Conducting regular security evaluations and audits to pinpoint vulnerabilities and weaknesses in the organization's infrastructure and applications
  • Formulating and managing incident response strategies and procedures to tackle cybersecurity incidents and breaches

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates should possess:

  • A minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
  • At least 10 years of experience in managing or directing an organizational cyber program, including operational planning and the coordination of integrated execution of cyber defense strategies
  • A Master's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Security, or Cybersecurity
  • Preferred industry certifications including CISSP, CISM, or CISA
  • Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including PowerPoint, Visio, Project, OneNote, SharePoint, and Power BI
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • U.S. Citizenship
  • A current DoD Top Secret Clearance

Compensation and Benefits

Salary Range: $150,000-$210,000 based on experience and qualifications.
