Job Overview

Dynamic Solutions Technology, LLC is a leading strategic services firm dedicated to fulfilling IT and service requirements for both commercial and governmental entities. We are currently seeking a full-time Cybersecurity Project Manager to support our esteemed government clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring effective management and oversight of the contract and project management support.
  • Develop comprehensive work plans, generate reports, conduct quality assessments, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Oversee the implementation of all program criteria.
  • Engage with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), technical leads, and senior management.
  • Create management plans, procedures, and methodologies to enhance project delivery.

Required Experience:

  • Experience in providing project management oversight in financial management, reporting, business systems, and customer service.
  • Conduct in-depth research to address operational challenges and devise solutions.
  • Manage budget execution and planning for various programs.
  • Implement operational, program management, and quality control strategies.
  • Prepare reports and formulate recommendations for senior leadership.
  • Oversee profit and loss management.
  • Supervise a minimum of 10 full-time employees on a government contract.
  • Evaluate talent and staffing needs.

Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of information assurance, cybersecurity, and privacy policy frameworks.
  • Familiarity with the Federal Information Security Modernization Act (FISMA).
  • Knowledge of the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Risk Management Framework (RMF).
  • Comprehension of the NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF).
  • Understanding of Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) implementation.
  • Awareness of the National Initiative for Cybersecurity Education (NICE) Cybersecurity Workforce Framework.
  • Ability to collaborate with clients to assess needs, provide support, resolve issues, and meet expectations.
  • Knowledge of CSAM reporting and controls management.
  • Proficiency in current computing technologies and software applications, including Business Intelligence tools, SQL, Microsoft SharePoint, Tableau, Power BI, and others.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office tools: Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, and Visio.

Qualifications Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Ten years of technical experience supporting programs/projects.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or equivalent.
  • A minimum of eight years of focused cybersecurity experience.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Quality Certification (ITIL or equivalent).
