We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Program Manager to lead the adoption and implementation of advanced technologies and platforms for our clients. The ideal candidate will have expertise in IT systems development, eligibility and enrollment systems, and a strong understanding of business process management methodologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance on client eligibility systems, administrative processes, and oversee day-to-day technical operations.
  • Demonstrate vast knowledge of IT systems development, eligibility and enrollment systems, and the client's programs.
  • Consult with the client's director on strategies to successfully manage program and system operations.
  • Recommend and configure technology-based solutions to address client organizational needs.
  • Review, evaluate, and comment on draft proposals developed by the client.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field or equivalent experience.
  • Training or certification in a particular product or IT platform/service as required.
  • Strong analytical and writing skills, with the ability to evaluate, synthesize information, and develop necessary plans.
  • Hands-on experience in Curam Social Services Platform.
