Job Overview

We are currently seeking a remote Senior Program Manager/Project Manager/Lead Business Analyst to oversee project initiatives for various clients and support internal teams at IGS.

Work Arrangement

This position is entirely remote, allowing candidates to work from any location. Daily tasks will involve accessing government systems remotely and utilizing approved communication tools. While travel is not mandatory, occasional onsite client meetings may be required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all programs and projects associated with IGS's client contracts.
  • Supervise employees and contractors, acting as the primary liaison with government officials and customer representatives.
  • Manage multiple teams, ensuring effective day-to-day operations of contract support.
  • Plan and produce deliverables, maintain technical and financial documentation, and assign tasks to team members.
  • Review contractor schedules, address discrepancies, and communicate organizational policies and goals.
  • Ensure overall contract performance meets IGS internal KPIs and support audit processes.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project management plans, including schedules and performance metrics.
  • Facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes while updating project management plans accordingly.
  • Provide monthly status updates to project management, detailing project progress, achievements, and challenges.
  • Manage workloads for technical teams and respond to customer inquiries regarding services.
  • Analyze business requirements and conduct detailed assessments to outline project milestones and plans.
  • Research and recommend technical solutions for business process enhancements.
  • Create and implement business process models for information systems.
  • Collaborate with developers to design innovative solutions addressing business challenges.
  • Conduct various testing phases, including internal and user acceptance testing, while tracking issues to resolution.
  • Coordinate deployment plans across functional teams and external vendors as necessary.
  • Develop user guides, reference documents, and training materials for end-users.
  • Provide training and support for developed solutions.
  • Formulate a transition plan for knowledge transfer to federal employees or other contractors, detailing timelines and required documentation.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred with 8-12 years of relevant experience.
  • Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification or equivalent experience is essential.
  • Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and related federal policies.
  • Experience with federal agency onboarding processes.
  • Proficiency in staffing models, budgeting, invoicing, and financial tracking.
  • Extensive experience in full SDLC project execution.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain government agency Public Trust clearance.
  • Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and Project Management Professional (PMP) certifications.
  • Experience with enterprise solutions such as SharePoint, Power Platform, Salesforce, and ServiceNow.
  • Familiarity with HHS and its Operating Divisions.
  • Prior experience in a remote work environment.
