Salary: $115,000 - $135,000 per year
Position Overview:
We are in search of a skilled and proactive Onsite Human Resources Operations Manager to enhance our team in Beverly Hills. This position demands a committed HR expert with a solid foundation in human resource practices. A Bachelor's degree is mandatory, while a Master's degree is advantageous. The ideal candidate will manage all HR operations, ensure adherence to employment regulations, and cultivate a supportive and efficient workplace culture.
Core Responsibilities:
- Supervise all HR operations including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, performance evaluation, and adherence to employment laws.
- Formulate and execute HR strategies and initiatives that align with the broader business objectives.
- Direct the recruitment and selection process to attract, onboard, and retain exceptional talent.
- Design and oversee comprehensive HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
- Facilitate communication between management and employees by addressing concerns, grievances, or other matters.
- Promote a positive workplace atmosphere and enhance employee engagement.
- Ensure compliance with legal standards throughout human resource management.
- Manage and refine a performance appraisal system that encourages high performance.
- Evaluate training needs to implement and oversee training initiatives.
- Provide management with insights and decision support through HR metrics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline; Master's degree is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role.
- People-oriented and results-focused.
- Proven experience with Human Resources metrics.
- Familiarity with HR systems and databases.
- Capability to develop strategy alongside leadership skills.
- Exceptional active listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in building and effectively managing relationships at all organizational levels.
- Thorough understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
