Salary: $115,000 - $135,000 per year

Position Overview:

We are in search of a skilled and proactive Onsite Human Resources Operations Manager to enhance our team in Beverly Hills. This position demands a committed HR expert with a solid foundation in human resource practices. A Bachelor's degree is mandatory, while a Master's degree is advantageous. The ideal candidate will manage all HR operations, ensure adherence to employment regulations, and cultivate a supportive and efficient workplace culture.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Supervise all HR operations including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, performance evaluation, and adherence to employment laws.
  • Formulate and execute HR strategies and initiatives that align with the broader business objectives.
  • Direct the recruitment and selection process to attract, onboard, and retain exceptional talent.
  • Design and oversee comprehensive HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
  • Facilitate communication between management and employees by addressing concerns, grievances, or other matters.
  • Promote a positive workplace atmosphere and enhance employee engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with legal standards throughout human resource management.
  • Manage and refine a performance appraisal system that encourages high performance.
  • Evaluate training needs to implement and oversee training initiatives.
  • Provide management with insights and decision support through HR metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline; Master's degree is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role.
  • People-oriented and results-focused.
  • Proven experience with Human Resources metrics.
  • Familiarity with HR systems and databases.
  • Capability to develop strategy alongside leadership skills.
  • Exceptional active listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in building and effectively managing relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Thorough understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
