Strategic Manager

Job Summary:
As a key member of the Live Nation team, we are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Manager to drive business growth and development. This role will be responsible for informing and supporting Ticketmaster's comprehensive strategy, translating trends into actionable insights, and identifying areas of opportunity for value creation.
About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial thought leader to join our team. This person will be self-motivated, confident working with senior leaders, and comfortable working in a matrixed organization. They will gain the trust of the senior leaders as a proactive and influential team member who thinks critically, partners effectively, and delivers results.
Key Responsibilities:
• Inform and support Ticketmaster's comprehensive strategy
• Translate trends into actionable insights and identify areas of opportunity for value creation to drive revenue, profitability, and strategic positioning
• Conduct market assessments and build business models to validate growth opportunities
• Inform strategic decisions & ensure we commit resources against the most attractive opportunities
• Partner with senior leaders to guide business & product planning informed by our strategy and priorities
• Support the highest priority programs to define objectives, assess trade-offs, and measure results
• Monitor OKRs to ensure desired outcomes are being achieved. Communicate progress, challenges, and opportunities effectively to ensure alignment and support across the organization
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 4 years of work experience, ideally from a top-tier strategy consulting firm
• Based in Los Angeles and willing to be in-office 3 days a week
