Regional Coordinator for People Services

At Neiman Marcus Group Careers, we're looking for a talented Regional Coordinator for People Services to join our team. As a key member of our regional PS team, you'll play a crucial role in creating an exceptional experience for our customers and associates. Your primary responsibility will be to provide administrative and transactional support to our HR and PS functions. You'll work closely with our regional PS team to ensure seamless operations and provide support for culture and engagement initiatives. Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support for HR and PS functions, including data/records management and transactional activities.
- Support regional PS team in creating an excellent experience for customers and associates.
- Assist with recruiting and onboarding processes for candidates and PS leaders.
- Provide general administrative support for PS programs, including compensation, benefits, and employee programs.
- Maintain accurate people data for expense allocations and reporting purposes.
- Ensure region/store compliance with federal, state, and local requirements.
- 1 year of administrative support experience in People Services/HR office.
- Experience supporting multi-location/multi-state organizations.
- Experience supporting senior leadership.
- Experience with PS information systems, including Oracle, Microsoft Office Suite, and Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Ability to work onsite in Dallas, Los Angeles, or Chicago.
