About the Role:

The Guest Services Manager is a key member of our Front Office Management Team, responsible for ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for our guests. This role requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Direct and control the activities of the Bell Staff and Driveway Staff.
  • Interview and select job applicants for Valet Parking and schedule them to provide maximum guest service within budgeted guidelines.
  • Complete all payroll records on a timely basis.
  • Train and supervise staff in the performance of their duties, conduct performance evaluations, and discipline as necessary.
  • Ensure a high level of personalized, friendly, and courteous service to guests, handle vehicles and keys with caution, and properly secure them.
  • Accurately collect and post all parking charges, institute controls to maximize revenue and profits.
  • Coordinate the use of other garages for guests and patrons as necessary, ensuring proper reconciliation of charges.
  • Coordinate the cooperation between the valet parking staff and the concierge staff in handling guest cars, luggage, etc.
  • Work closely with other hotel departments, particularly sales and catering, in coordinating special guest or group needs relating to parking services.
  • Ensure all valet parking staff are familiar with the hotel's facilities, hours of operation, city geography, and points of interest.
  • Handle guest complaints or problems relating to parking with professionalism and maturity, keeping the Rooms Division Manager informed of problems and actions taken.
  • Respond properly in any hotel emergency or safety situation.
  • Perform other tasks or projects assigned by hotel management and staff.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

Three to five years of previous Rooms Division Management experience is required. A preferred candidate should have experience in a luxury, fast-paced environment, and authorization to work in the United States is necessary.

Salary Range: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00
