As a Regional Coordinator - People Services, you'll play a key role in supporting the regional People Services team to create an excellent experience by providing administrative and transactional support. You'll be a collaborator who can support multi-location and multi-state distributed teams across a diverse geographic region.

  • Perform administrative, transactional, and data/records management activities to support HR and HRIS functions.
  • Provide regional administrative support for culture and engagement.
  • Support recruiting/onboarding process for candidates and assist PS Leaders/Leadership team.
  • Provide general administrative support for PS programs including compensation, benefits, 401k, and other employee programs.
  • Maintain accurate people data for expense allocations and reporting purposes.
  • Ensure region/store compliance with all federal, state, and local requirements.
  • Process employee terminations including coordinating exit interviews, prepping paperwork, coordinating final checks, and aiding with the exit process and asset collection.
  • Work alongside PS team to ensure all issues are resolved and escalated.
