About the Role:

The Guest Experience Manager will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of exceptional guest experiences, ensuring that all guests feel valued and cared for during their stay. This will involve managing all VIP, special attention, and return guests, coordinating with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery, and anticipating and resolving any guest-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all VIP, special attention, and return guests, including coordinating with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Anticipate and resolve any guest-related issues, ensuring that all guests feel valued and cared for during their stay.
  • Oversee the curbside arrival of VIP guests, ensuring that doormen, valet runners, and bellmen are attending to the guest's needs.
  • Inspect the housekeeping room attendant and supervisor's work in the VIP guest rooms to ensure the quality of the room and cleanliness exceeds the guest's expectations.
  • Direct and partner with operational leadership to ensure service execution is consistent across all outlets.
  • Make timely and impromptu decisions, balancing guest needs with financial, safety, and staffing goals.
  • Act as the butler in the Penthouse when it is being occupied.
  • Comply with Four Seasons Category One and Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in Embark.

Requirements:

  • College degree in Hospitality or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in luxury hotel management, with supervisory experience.
  • Computer literacy, including MS Office, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Teams.
  • Superior guest service and salesmanship skills.
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented focus.
  • Proven leader.
  • Preferred: Multi-lingual (French, Italian, and Spanish) reading, writing, and oral proficiency.

Salary Range: $70,000.00-$75,000.00
