Fusion Academy is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Campus Director to lead our academic program. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the academic program is robust, adaptable, and innovative, with a focus on student outcomes and staff development.
Key Responsibilities- Hire and Develop Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of high-performing educators who share our commitment to academic excellence and student success.
- Academic Program Management: Oversee the development and implementation of our academic program, ensuring it meets the needs of our students and aligns with our organizational goals.
- Staff Support and Development: Provide coaching, mentoring, and professional development opportunities to ensure our educators have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Student Success: Work closely with teachers and staff to ensure students receive the support and resources they need to achieve academic success.
- Campus Culture: Foster a positive and inclusive campus culture that promotes collaboration, creativity, and a love of learning.
- Education: Bachelor's degree and at least three years of teaching experience, with a preference for school administration experience.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of educators.
- Experience: Proven experience in academic program management, staff development, and student success.
