Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and evaluate personnel to ensure they meet the highest standards of performance.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to guests, address complaints, and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the venue, including cash handling, inventory management, and maintenance of equipment and facilities.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports on sales, revenue, and other key performance indicators to inform business decisions.
  • Team Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
  • Event Execution: Ensure the successful execution of private events, catering, and banquets.
  • Compliance: Maintain knowledge of and comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; College degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of three to five years' experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or nightclub setting.
  • Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and maintain a professional appearance.
  • Knowledge: Proficient in Windows Microsoft Office, POS and back-office reporting systems, profitability analysis, and budgeting.
