About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented HR Onboarding Coordinator to join our team at iOne Digital. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a critical role in ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Onboarding Process: Coordinate the job requisition and onboarding process, including reviewing and posting jobs, creating offer letters, monitoring background checks, and I-9 or E-Verify processing.
  • Source and Prepare External Postings: Develop thoughtful posting solutions for clients and prepare external postings in accordance with budget and approval.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Act as the primary point of contact with new hires, providing high-touch and strong customer service.
  • Conduct New Hire Orientation: Coordinate new hire orientation in collaboration with the benefits team as needed.
  • Support Recruitment Efforts: Provide requested support to the recruiting team, including scheduling and general outreach to candidates.
  • Assist with Career Fairs and Events: Help organize and prepare for career fairs or related outreach events.
  • Develop and Maintain Support Documents: Create support documents for workflow and update SOPs as needed for respective areas of duty.
  • Conduct Research and Provide Reports: Conduct research and provide polished findings/reports as needed at the request of hiring managers, legal, finance, or HR teams.
  • Collaborate with HR Team Members: Work with the SVP of Human Resources and other team members as needed.
Requirements

  • Attention to Detail and Multitasking: Work with a sense of urgency and ability to multitask with special attention to detail.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with MS Suite, including Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Teams, DocuSign, and related tools.
  • Independence and Teamwork: Ability to work independently to complete work/projects and thrive in a team environment.
  • Communication and Presentation: Create polished and thoughtful presentations upon request and draft, proof, and edit documents with precision.
  • Professionalism and Confidentiality: Represent the department professionally, maintaining positive engagement with employees at all levels and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Customer Service and Project Management: Commitment to client and candidate satisfaction, with excellent customer service and project management skills.
  • Knowledge of HR Laws and Regulations: General knowledge of federal and state laws impacting the Human Resources function.
  • Travel and Background Check: Willingness to travel to the office as scheduled and unscheduled with limited notice and submit to a background check.
