Senior Human Resources and Employee Relations Specialist

United Therapeutics Corporation is in search of a Senior Human Resources and Employee Relations Specialist to enhance our team. In this capacity, you will be tasked with delivering support to designated business units across a range of HR functions. This encompasses overseeing employment life cycle processes, advising leadership on HR strategies, managing employee relations efforts, and additional responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main contact for leaders and employees within assigned business units
  • Offer consultative advice and coaching to elevate individual and team performance
  • Formulate strategies for employee career development and progression
  • Oversee employment life cycle processes, including onboarding and offboarding
  • Address and manage employee grievances and issues
  • Provide guidance and direction for conflict resolution
  • Monitor and report on employee relations patterns
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives
  • Create and maintain HR procedural documentation

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 8+ years of experience in Human Resources
  • 6+ years of experience in employee relations
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational capabilities
  • Strong communication and customer service aptitude
  • Understanding of employment legislation
  • Ability to work autonomously and assess complex scenarios
  • Skills in conflict resolution
  • Capacity to influence without direct authority
  • Preferred: Master's Degree, HR certification
