Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of direct recruiting experience.
- Bilingual in Spanish is essential.
- Proficient in utilizing online social and professional networks for candidate sourcing.
- Experience in a fast-paced work environment is a must.
- Exceptional information management, communication, organizational, and research skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and adhere to tight deadlines.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Key Functions & Responsibilities
- Develop and refine job descriptions and specifications.
- Conduct job and task analyses to document requirements and objectives.
- Prepare recruitment materials and post job openings on relevant platforms.
- Source and attract candidates through databases and social media channels.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
- Conduct interviews using various reliable selection methods to evaluate candidates.
- Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires to ensure smooth integration.
- Monitor and implement best practices in HR recruiting.
- Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the team.
- Serve as a point of contact and build strong relationships with candidates throughout the selection process.
- Promote the company's reputation as an employer of choice.

Skills Required
- Proven experience as a Recruiter, either in-house or with a staffing agency.
- Strong ability to conduct various types of interviews (structured, competency-based, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with different selection processes (phone interviews, reference checks, etc.).
- Ability to organize skills assessment centers (work samples, psychometric tests, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong decision-making capabilities.
