Position Overview
The E-Commerce Product Listing Coordinator at UPLIFT Desk plays a pivotal role in crafting exceptional product listings for our esteemed brand.

This role involves collaboration with the Product Listing Manager and synergizing with the Product Development, Multimedia, and Web Development teams to ensure the creation and upkeep of engaging product listings.

Key Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing e-commerce product listings on platforms such as BigCommerce and Shopify.
  • At least 1 year of experience in product listing on third-party channels like Amazon.
  • Intermediate proficiency in web scripting languages including Javascript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Familiarity with G-suite applications (documents and spreadsheets).
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Some college education or a degree.
  • Strong organizational abilities to efficiently manage individual tasks and projects.
  • Capability to update, publish, and quality check page layouts and content blocks.
  • Experience with project management tools, such as AirTable.
  • Familiarity with content management systems, such as Contentful.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize mockups from our design team to create listings within the BigCommerce platform.
  • Employ HTML to develop detailed and precise product listings.
  • Maintain and enhance existing product listings by updating lead times, optimizing content, and adding new options.
  • Ensure new listings are user-friendly and properly linked to existing pages.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and rectify content issues, including broken links and formatting inconsistencies.
  • Propose website improvement strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Perform additional related duties as assigned by management.
