Position Summary

The E-Commerce Product Catalog Coordinator at UPLIFT Desk plays a vital role in crafting exceptional product listings for our esteemed brand. Reporting directly to the Product Listing Manager, this position collaborates closely with the Product Development, Multimedia, and Web Development teams to ensure the creation and upkeep of engaging product listings. A meticulous eye for detail and the ability to empathize with customer needs are essential.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing e-commerce product listings on platforms such as BigCommerce and Shopify.
  • At least 1 year of experience in product listing on third-party marketplaces like Amazon.
  • Intermediate proficiency in web scripting languages including Javascript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Familiarity with G-suite applications (documents and spreadsheets).
  • Basic understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO).

Desirable Qualifications

  • Some college education or a degree in a relevant field.
  • Strong organizational capabilities to efficiently manage personal inbox, tasks, and projects.
  • Ability to update, publish, and conduct quality assurance on page layouts and content blocks.
  • Experience with project management tools, such as AirTable.
  • Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS), such as Contentful.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize mockups created by our team of designers, content creators, and photographers to develop listings within the BigCommerce platform.
  • Employ HTML to generate detailed and precise product listings.
  • Maintain current product listings by updating lead times, optimizing content, and adding new options.
  • Ensure that new listings are user-friendly and properly linked to existing pages.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve content issues, including broken links, typographical errors, and formatting discrepancies.
  • Propose website enhancement ideas to outperform competitors.
  • Perform additional related tasks as assigned by management.

Position Details

  • Compensation: $23 - $26 per hour.
  • Employment Type: Full-time.
