Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients by leveraging comprehensive knowledge of our products and services.
  • Communicate effectively with team members within the customer service division to ensure seamless operations.
  • Exhibit a friendly demeanor while working in a collaborative, team-oriented atmosphere.
  • Handle various customer service channels, including email and live chat, with professionalism.
  • Demonstrate tact, empathy, and courtesy when interacting with challenging customers.
  • Embrace additional projects that extend beyond standard responsibilities.
  • Maintain strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Thrive in high-pressure situations with a flexible and adaptable mindset.
  • Experience with platforms such as Zendesk, Shopify, and/or NetSuite is advantageous.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, ideally within an E-commerce or media environment.
  • Act as a customer advocate by identifying and implementing operational enhancements to enrich the shopping experience.
  • Manage various software applications and technology platforms to provide frontline support and assist with offline initiatives.
  • Process customer orders, modifications, and returns in accordance with established policies and procedures.
