**Job Title:** Business Growth Strategist

**Company Overview:** At SourcePro Search, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Growth Strategist to join our team. This role will be based in New York City and will involve nationwide responsibilities, requiring select travel and remote coordination with our offices across the country.

**Estimated Salary:** $120,000 - $180,000 per year

Job Description:

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing comprehensive business development strategies to achieve growth objectives. They will identify and analyze potential markets, clients, and services to expand our client base, with a particular focus on the NY/NJ markets.

  • Develop and Implement Business Development Strategies: Create and execute business development strategies that align with our company's growth objectives.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitive landscape, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with attorneys, conduct client needs assessments, and tailor our services to meet those needs.
  • Proposal and Presentation Development: Lead the development of proposals, presentations, and marketing materials to attract and secure new business.
  • Networking and Outreach: Represent the firm at industry conferences, seminars, and networking events, establishing and maintaining a robust network of industry contacts and referral sources.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Law, or a related field.
  • MBA or Juris Doctor (JD) degree is a plus.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in business development, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful business development strategies.
  • Strong understanding of the legal industry and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of clients and stakeholders.
