Office Administrator

Are you a skilled and organized professional looking for a challenging role in a dynamic environment? We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team at Staffing Solutions Enterprises.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the executive team, ensuring seamless coordination and communication among team members.
- Act as liaison between the executive team and external business associates, ensuring all matters are attended to in an efficient, professional, and timely manner.
- Coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and maintain databases in SharePoint and CRM.
- Assist in compliance oversight and licensing, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate client and new business meetings efficiently, ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved.
- Perform general office management duties, including maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements:
- Experience in a financial services environment, with a strong understanding of life insurance, financial planning, and wealth management.
- Ability to use CRM systems and other software applications.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and a warm, caring nature.
- Flexibility to adapt to the needs of a small, private company.
