Job Title: Office Administrator

Are you a skilled and organized professional looking for a challenging role in a dynamic environment? We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team at Staffing Solutions Enterprises.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the executive team, ensuring seamless coordination and communication among team members.
  • Act as liaison between the executive team and external business associates, ensuring all matters are attended to in an efficient, professional, and timely manner.
  • Coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and maintain databases in SharePoint and CRM.
  • Assist in compliance oversight and licensing, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate client and new business meetings efficiently, ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved.
  • Perform general office management duties, including maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a financial services environment, with a strong understanding of life insurance, financial planning, and wealth management.
  • Ability to use CRM systems and other software applications.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and a warm, caring nature.
  • Flexibility to adapt to the needs of a small, private company.
