Technical Operations Project Manager

- Identify, assess, and propose Counterintelligence (CI) strategies to minimize risks associated with activities and personnel.
- Integrate CI risk management into the planning and execution phases of operations.
- Develop frameworks to ensure CI considerations are integrated throughout the project lifecycle.
- Engage in technical evaluations to pinpoint CI-related issues.
- Provide insights on relevant risk and vulnerability assessments.
- Examine technical operations documentation and offer suggestions to ensure CI factors are sufficiently addressed.
Essential:
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance is mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience; Master's degree with 6+ years of experience; additional experience may substitute for formal education.
- Familiarity with supporting the planning and execution of technical operations.
- Relevant experience in Counterintelligence, whether formal or informal.
- Knowledge or experience in system acquisition processes.
- Proven track record in enhancing processes or implementing improvements.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical and programmatic matters clearly.
- Proficient user of cable systems.
- Previous experience and understanding of the client environment.
- Experience within this client domain and familiarity with its mission.

Salary Range
$146,000 - $234,000. This range reflects the typical compensation for this role based on experience and other relevant factors.
