Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify, assess, and propose counterintelligence (CI) strategies to minimize risks associated with activities and personnel.
  • Integrate CI risk management into the planning and execution phases of operations.
  • Develop and implement processes that ensure CI considerations are integrated throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Engage in technical evaluations to pinpoint CI-related issues.
  • Provide insights on relevant risk and vulnerability assessments.
  • Analyze technical operations communications and offer recommendations to ensure CI factors are sufficiently addressed.
Qualifications

Essential:
  • TS/SCI with Polygraph level clearance is mandatory.
  • Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience; Master's degree with 6+ years of experience; additional experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
  • Experience or familiarity with supporting the planning and execution of technical operations.
  • Relevant CI experience, whether formal or informal.
  • Experience or familiarity with system acquisition processes.
  • Proven track record in optimizing processes or implementing improvements.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical and programmatic matters clearly and succinctly.
Preferred:
  • Proficient user of cable systems.
  • Previous experience and understanding of the customer environment.
  • Experience within this customer domain and knowledge of its mission.

Salary Range

$146,000 - $234,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
