- Proactively identify, assess, and suggest Counterintelligence (CI) strategies to alleviate risks associated with activities and personnel.
- Integrate CI risk management into the planning and execution phases of operations.
- Develop and implement processes to ensure CI considerations are integrated throughout the project lifecycle.
- Engage in technical evaluations to pinpoint CI-related issues.
- Provide insights on relevant risk and vulnerability assessments.
- Examine technical operations communications and offer recommendations to ensure adequate CI considerations are incorporated.
Essential:
- Possession of TS/SCI with Polygraph level clearance is mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience; or a Master's degree with at least 6 years of experience; additional experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
- Experience or familiarity with supporting the planning and execution of technical operations.
- Relevant CI experience, whether formal or informal.
- Experience or familiarity with system acquisition processes.
- Proven track record in optimizing processes or implementing enhancements.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical and programmatic issues clearly and succinctly.
- Proficient user of cable systems.
- Previous work experience and understanding of the customer environment.
- Experience in this customer domain and knowledge of its mission.

Salary Range:
$146,000 - $234,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
