Position Overview:
The Sales Account Executive is tasked with promoting Nestlé products within designated retail and commercial establishments. The ideal candidate should reside within proximity to the assigned territory. This role presents an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic sales team in a renowned organization.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Drive sales by introducing new products and ensuring product availability.
2. Maintain compliance with merchandising standards and address any stock issues identified through our sales tools.
3. Implement promotional strategies and secure optimal product placement.
4. Foster strong relationships with key personnel at retail locations to enhance customer satisfaction.
5. Achieve and surpass promotional sales targets through effective execution of marketing initiatives.
6. Participate in team meetings and prepare necessary reports to track progress.
7. Utilize data analytics to monitor sales performance and identify growth opportunities.
8. Document all sales activities and insights within the company’s mobile application.
9. Conduct regular reviews with store management to assess performance and share best practices.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years in retail sales or consumer goods is advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to adapt to change and work independently.
- Detail-oriented with effective time management skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
