Xplor is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Account Executive to join our team in the Mid Atlantic region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with small to medium-sized businesses, identifying new sales opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with small to medium-sized business owners and decision-makers
- Work closely with our internal teams, including Customer Service, Underwriting, IT, and Sales Support, to onboard new businesses and resolve any issues that may arise
- Manage your pipeline and day-to-day tasks/appointments using Salesforce
- Prepare presentations and proposals using our electronic applications
- Educate merchants and business owners on the payment processing industry and our services
- Maintain regular communication with your sales leadership and provide regular updates on your progress
- Closing sales of our payment processing services to meet expected minimum requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience
- Valid current driver's license and auto insurance
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Must exhibit a hunter mentality, professional demeanor, impeccable integrity, and a high sense of urgency
- Possess the ability to self-source leads through a combination of prospecting, cold-calling, and networking
- Proactive, self-motivated learner with a strong drive to achieve personal goals
