Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute accounts payable transactions efficiently.
  • Maintain vendor records and 1099 documentation.
  • Review vendor statements and reconcile them with vendor balances in Oracle.
  • Code invoices and expense reports accurately.
  • Guarantee timely and precise payments.
  • Process invoices diligently.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in invoices.
  • Conduct Month End Close activities.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable functions.
  • Exceptional communication skills are essential.
  • Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks or an ERP system is required.
  • Ability to work autonomously and demonstrate adaptability.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and general database management.
