Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute accounts payable operations
  • Maintain vendor records and 1099 documentation
  • Examine vendor statements and reconcile with Oracle balances
  • Code invoices and expense reports accurately
  • Guarantee precise payments are dispatched
  • Process invoices efficiently
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in invoices
  • Conduct Month-End Close activities

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable
  • Exceptional communication abilities
  • Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks or ERP systems
  • Capability to work autonomously with strong adaptability
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general database management
  • Experience with Oracle or SAP is preferred
