Position Overview

The Corporate FP&A Manager will collaborate extensively with various Corporate functions and the Sourcing team to formulate budgets, conduct analyses, and facilitate operational enhancement initiatives.

This prominent role necessitates robust collaboration throughout the organization, as analyses, insights, and recommendations are communicated to the executive management team.

We seek an individual who can: foster strong relationships; leverage data and analytics to deliver business insights and decision support; communicate effectively across all organizational levels; drive enhancements, efficiencies, and standardization in planning, reporting, and financial operations; comprehend accounting principles and their implications on business operations and various routine and non-routine matters.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with Corporate functions and Strategic Sourcing to design and implement monthly/quarterly operating reviews, annual operating plans, and long-term strategies.

Oversee monthly closing processes and annual forecasts for corporate functions, including variance analyses, insights communication, and results reporting to business leaders.

Collect and evaluate data to identify trends in P&L and working capital. Communicate potential risks and opportunities relative to the plan and propose action plans to enhance returns.

Assume a leadership role in implementing best practices and ensuring consistency of information across the organization.

Assist business leaders on critical initiatives aimed at driving continuous improvement and cost reduction for Regal Rexnord.

Provide training, development, and mentorship to team members.

Effectively communicate across all organizational levels to ensure that expectations, timelines, and financial deliverables are consistently understood and achieved.

Professional Experience/Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration; MBA or CPA preferred
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in finance; prior global manufacturing FP&A experience is highly desirable
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Experience with Hyperion, BI, OneStream, or other consolidation and reporting tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic cross-functional team environment is critical
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage and prioritize a diverse range of responsibilities
