The IT Delivery Consultant will act as a vital internal advisor within the IT division, facilitating the delivery of cohesive, forward-thinking, and high-quality technological solutions and services to the organization.

This position will be integrated within the Strategy & Architecture value stream, serving as a versatile technical resource available to address complex and high-priority cross-functional initiatives as they arise.

Leveraging their extensive IT expertise, the IT Delivery Consultant will assist in identifying strategic opportunities and managing requests that align with the organization's overarching strategic objectives.

Ideal candidates will exhibit a strong intellectual curiosity and a proactive approach to staying informed about the evolving landscape of the organization and its IT priorities, products, services, and technological environment.

As the IT Delivery Consultant will be tasked with resolving intricate and often urgent challenges, the role requires an individual who can quickly grasp new concepts, thrive in uncertain situations, and lead change effectively.

The consultant must cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with key subject matter experts and stakeholders, including senior IT and business leadership, to accurately diagnose issues and develop integrated solutions that ensure successful implementation.


Flexible Work Arrangement:

This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility in work location, with potential travel requirements based on business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as an internal consultant across IT and business functions, utilizing extensive IT knowledge to identify issues, frame problems, and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Support initiatives related to Quality Assurance and Testing.
  • Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in IT and business.
  • Conduct Root Cause Analysis for complex issues, collaborating closely with stakeholders and subject matter experts.
  • Advise on end-to-end process design and application strategies in partnership with business architects and product owners.
  • Guide product teams in understanding application interdependencies and ensure clear documentation.
  • Transform ambiguous inputs into actionable plans and facilitate operational readiness across functions.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership to secure alignment and support.
  • Assist in the implementation of solutions through comprehensive requirement documentation.
  • Lead change management efforts, advising stakeholders on effective communication and escalation strategies.
  • Stay informed about internal challenges, market trends, and regulatory changes that may impact IT governance.
  • Develop recommendations for prioritizing intake requests for IT consultants.
  • Support strategic planning and prioritization of initiatives based on insights gained from previous projects.
  • Mentor junior consultants in developing solutions and understanding industry best practices.
Qualifications

Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT or technology-related fields, with at least 5 years in an advisory role.

Demonstrated experience in project execution, stakeholder management, and serving as an IT liaison across various business functions.

Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, and foundational business principles.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and translate strategic initiatives into actionable plans.

Exceptional skills in strategic partnering and change leadership, with a track record of influencing stakeholders in a cross-functional environment.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in IT, Business, Operations, Finance, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree and prior IT consulting experience are advantageous.
