Job Responsibilities

As a Financial Operations Manager, you will:
  • Oversee the accounting department, ensuring precision and promptness in financial reporting across all business units.
  • Manage financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
  • Supervise audit processes and collaborate with auditors to guarantee compliance with regulations.
  • Work closely with asset management teams to deliver financial insights and assist in investment decision-making.
  • Develop and uphold accounting policies, practices, and procedures that meet industry standards.
  • Keep abreast of changes in accounting regulations to ensure our practices remain compliant.
  • Provide strategic financial guidance to support business objectives and optimization efforts.
  • Participate in the development of budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis reports.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA certification is a plus.
  • Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in accounting.
  • Experience with ERP systems is preferred.
