Position Overview:

AeroRepair Corp is looking for a proficient Business Systems Analyst with a strong background in Quantum ERP. The successful candidate will be instrumental in the administration, enhancement, and support of our ERP system, ensuring its alignment with organizational objectives and operational processes. This role requires collaboration with various departments to assess their requirements, devise solutions, generate reports, and implement improvements that boost efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and maintain the Quantum ERP system, ensuring optimal performance and resolving any issues that arise.
  • Guarantee data integrity and security within the ERP framework.
  • Design and produce reports to facilitate informed decision-making, utilizing data analysis to uncover trends and opportunities through Power BI.
  • Engage with stakeholders to collect and evaluate business requirements.
  • Document existing business processes and workflows, pinpointing areas for enhancement.
  • Lead the deployment of new modules and features to maximize the effectiveness of Quantum ERP.
  • Manage system upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Conduct thorough system testing and validation to ensure successful implementation.
  • Provide technical assistance to end-users and develop training programs to improve user skills.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive user manuals and documentation.
  • Manage ERP-related projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to achieve project goals.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a Business Systems Analyst role.
  • Demonstrated expertise with the Quantum ERP system.
  • Experience in designing and generating reports using Power BI.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and workflows, particularly in manufacturing or similar sectors.
  • Proficient in SQL and other database management tools.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to manage multiple projects and priorities concurrently.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools (PMP certification preferred).
