Position Overview
Vaco is seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee the implementation of the ERP system, ServiceTitan, for a local client. The individual in this position will play a crucial role in the deployment of the ERP, providing training to end users, developing comprehensive documentation, and ensuring effective hypercare support.

Contract Details
This role is a contract opportunity lasting approximately 6-7 months, requiring on-site presence five days a week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Operation Workflow and Inventory modules within ServiceTitan.
  • Coordinate project timelines with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Document and gather Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for system functionalities.
  • Implement and test critical business system integrations.
  • Identify and address migration and implementation challenges, communicating effectively with leadership.
  • Produce documentation for workflows, modifications, testing, and other relevant processes.
  • Facilitate quality control sessions to ensure accurate information delivery to the new CRM.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in ERP system implementations.
  • Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar field service ERP systems is advantageous.
  • Proven experience in integrating various software platforms.
  • Knowledge of cross-platform integration protocols.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Smartsheets.
  • PMP certification is preferred.
