The ideal candidate will possess robust technical expertise combined with functional insight, demonstrating critical thinking and effective collaboration with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ERP Management: Oversee and configure the Infor Syteline ERP system to align with business needs, including module setup, user management, and security protocols.
  • Data Reporting & Analysis: Create and sustain reports related to sales, purchasing, production, shipping, and engineering to ensure timely and accurate information for operational needs.
  • Application Integration: Manage and support integrated applications within the Syteline framework, ensuring smooth functionality and data accuracy.
  • Custom Reporting Solutions: Work with internal teams to identify reporting requirements and develop tailored reports and dashboards utilizing Power BI and Birst.
  • User Training & Assistance: Offer training and continuous support to end-users, aiding in troubleshooting and resolving ERP-related challenges.
  • Ongoing Improvement: Keep abreast of the latest Infor Syteline features and technologies, suggesting and implementing enhancements to boost system efficiency.
  • Documentation & Technical Support: Generate and maintain comprehensive system documentation, including process maps, configuration details, and customization records. Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support for Syteline system issues.

Job Qualifications

Education:
➢ Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

Experience:
➢ Significant experience in managing and updating the Infor Syteline ERP system, particularly within a manufacturing context and familiarity with reporting tools.

Technical & Functional Skills:
➢ Strong troubleshooting capabilities with a proven ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial, enabling interaction with stakeholders at all organizational levels.

Certification:
➢ Certification in Infor Syteline administration or relevant ERP certifications is advantageous.

Additional Information:

  • Relocation and Sponsorship: Not available for this position.
  • On-Site Commitment: 3-4 months on-site required before the possibility of discussing Hybrid for the right candidate.
