Position Overview
Vaco is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the implementation of the ERP system, ServiceTitan, for a local client. The individual in this role will be tasked with guiding the ERP implementation process, providing training to end users, developing documentation, and offering ongoing support.

Contract Details
This is a contract opportunity lasting approximately 6-7 months, requiring on-site presence five days a week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Operation Workflow and Inventory modules within ServiceTitan.
  • Coordinate project timelines with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely completion.
  • Document and compile Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for system functionalities.
  • Facilitate the deployment and testing of critical system integrations.
  • Identify and address migration and implementation challenges, communicating effectively with leadership.
  • Produce documentation for workflows, modifications, testing, and other relevant processes.
  • Ensure quality control by overseeing the transfer of information to the new CRM.
Required Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in ERP system implementations.
  • Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar field service ERP systems is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience in integrating various software platforms.
  • Knowledge of cross-platform integration protocols.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Smartsheets.
  • PMP certification is preferred.
