Senior Sales Executive

Hiring Winners seeks an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing sales staff, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement effective sales plans
* Manage sales staff to achieve sales targets
* Build strong relationships with customers and employees
* Provide training and support to the sales team
* Oversee all aspects of the department, including purchasing vehicles for inventory
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years of automotive sales management experience
* Proven track record of success in leading sales teams

* Strong computer and phone abilities (Internet, MS, Outlook, CRM)
* Knowledge of automotive systems
