Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to excel in our field as a Senior Sales Director. This role involves presenting and selling company products and services to new and existing customers, prospecting, and reaching agreed-upon sales targets.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers.
  • Prospect and contact potential customers.
  • Reach agreed-upon sales targets by the deadline.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of the latest developments.
  • Create sales material to present to customers.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related fields.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Deadline and detail-oriented.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and be able to effectively communicate with clients. The compensation package includes an estimated salary of $65,000-$100,000 first-year potential (performance-based commission), advanced pay schedule, LIFETIME renewal income vested for life after only 5 years, leadership and management positions available, leads to existing clients with more insurance needs, and STOCK for growing your business.
