Job Overview

SarTec Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Sales Representative. This is a full-time position that requires a strong background in sales and a passion for building relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans and strategies.
  • Provide regular sales updates and insights to management to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year.
  • Commission: up to $90,000 per year.
  • Competitive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
