Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced territory sales individual to join our team. As a territory sales individual, you will be responsible for managing sales within an assigned territory and ensuring that sales targets are achieved. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain solid working relationships with customers by ensuring their needs are met and resolving complaints in a timely manner.
- Discuss customer business needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities through networking with industry professionals.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by persuading customers within an assigned territory to purchase company products and services.
- Analyze sales and marketing data to determine effective sales and marketing techniques.
- Develop innovative sales strategies to increase sales within an assigned territory.
- Conduct surveys to better understand customer needs.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
