Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the General Manager in developing and implementing business strategies to increase guest counts and sales.
  • Partner with the General Manager to recruit, hire, train, and develop employees to ensure successful restaurant operations.
  • Ensure proper management of the facility and equipment, including preventive maintenance, energy conservation, repairs, and security measures.
  • Responsible for acceptable scores on all health department and quality audits.
  • Develop and implement corrective action plans to improve restaurant performance.
  • Exhibit integrity in all actions, including secure transportation of daily bank deposits.
  • Perform other assigned projects and duties as required.
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Valid driver's license and car insurance.
  • Certification through a management training program is required.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to read and analyze financial statements.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and accurately in the English language.
  • Bilingual is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Degree in Hospitality, Business, or Hotel/Restaurant Management.
  • Minimum of one year of prior managerial experience or supervisor experience.
