Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Partner Marketing Manager to spearhead the development and implementation of innovative initiatives, including account mapping, loyalty programs, incentives, and gamification. This vital role aims to foster desirable behaviors within our partner community, particularly among partner sellers and sales engineers. Key focuses include encouraging accreditation, participation in enablement events, deal registration, and account mapping, all contributing to sustained engagement and strong mindshare for Zoom.

About the Role
The Partner Marketing team is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns specifically tailored to the company's partner ecosystem. Our primary goal is to support and enable partners to effectively market and sell the company's products and services. As a Partner Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing tailored initiatives and incentives for Zoom Phone/Contact Center partners to drive sales pipeline and closures, fostering motivation and collaboration. You will also oversee and expand Partner Demand Center for partner self-service, fostering adoption and integration with initiatives for increased efficiency.

Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing innovative marketing initiatives to drive sales pipeline and closures for Zoom Phone/Contact Center partners.
  • Overseeing and expanding Partner Demand Center for partner self-service, fostering adoption and integration with initiatives for increased efficiency.
  • Developing tailored initiatives and incentives for Zoom Phone/Contact Center partners to foster motivation and collaboration.
  • Driving account mapping at scale, leveraging the right tools and incentives to foster the desired behaviors among partner sellers.

Requirements
  • 5-7 years experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, or a related role within a technology or SaaS company.
  • Experience with account mapping and performance measurement in a partner ecosystem.
  • Experience creating and implementing partner marketing strategies to include incentives, gamification, and loyalty programs, achieving tangible results.
  • Have experience in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Be located in the U.S. and do not require sponsorship for employment.

What We Offer
In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed, Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value. Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience. We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.
