Job Summary:

The Partner Account Manager will play a key role in identifying, recruiting, and managing a regional partner ecosystem within a specific geographic region. This individual will focus on fostering strategic partnerships that drive both recurring and new business revenue growth for Minitab.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute annual partner business development plans to drive revenue growth and pipeline expansion.
• Collaborate with internal direct sales and services teams to close deals and leverage partner customer bases for Minitab's products, solutions, and services.
• Identify, recruit, and enable a regional partner ecosystem that aligns with Minitab's global go-to-market plan and regional geographical operating plan.
• Provide sales support on key active partner-driven sales opportunities and track pipelines.
• Develop and execute partner enablement programs to drive business growth and revenue expansion.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of indirect channel business development experience within enterprise software markets, with average annual partner revenue targets > 1M USD.
• Consistent achievement of 100%+ revenue and sourced pipeline quotas.
• Multi-channel experience and ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and partners to close deals.
• Multi-lingual skills required in some regions.
• Business Intelligence and/or Statistical Analytics experience a plus.

Education:

Bachelor's degree required. General familiarity with structured value-based and/or consultative selling methodologies and processes required.
