Job Description

This position involves developing and implementing plans to support aftermarket spares and repairs to key new or existing customers. The primary responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing plans to support aftermarket spares and repairs to key new or existing customers.
  • Strategic contact with customers and responsible for the overall customer satisfaction and sale growth for the Aftermarket product segment.
  • Responsible for meeting sales and order targets and capable of obtaining customer intel / forecasts and translating that into specific action plans.

Additionally, the ideal candidate should have:

  • In-depth knowledge of sales principles and techniques.
  • Thorough knowledge of and the dynamics of the assigned region.
  • Degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent technical experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. They should also be proficient in market research and analysis.
