Aerospace Sales Director

">

This role involves developing and implementing sales plans to support aftermarket spares and repairs to key new or existing customers. Strategic contact with customers, responsible for overall customer satisfaction and sales growth for the Aftermarket product segment is a key responsibility.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies for new and existing products or services.">
  • Promotes and sells assigned products and services worldwide, understanding the market (airlines, aftermarket spares customers, MRO's, competitors etc.).">
  • Pursues business expansion with existing customers through new product/service offering and/or contract change proposal.">

Requirements:

Qualifications:

">

Degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent technical experience is required, along with 8-10 years of sales management experience. In-depth knowledge of sales principles and techniques, Company products, Company philosophy, business strategies, and objectives is necessary.

Salary: $130,000 - $190,000 per year, depending on experience.
