**Job Summary**

Sourcecode Inc is seeking an experienced Assembly Specialist to support the assembly processes and integration of components into a finished or partially finished assembly. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Identify and gather parts required for a work order from a designated storage location.
  • Perform various assembly processes, including installing PCB assemblies into metal chassis, installing cables, and installing hardware, following instructions and adhering to quality requirements.
  • Assemble electro-mechanical parts and route wires, applying adhesives as instructed. Handle tools, including torque drivers and hand tools.

**Job Expectations:**

  • Adhere to ESD standards, safety, and quality requirements.
  • Maintain a clean workspace and adhere to proper material handling techniques.
  • Support the manufacturing schedule in a timely manner and record time accurately during the process.
  • High attention to detail and ability to read and write English.
  • Ability to carry/lift loads up to 25 lbs.
