Key Responsibilities
  • Operate diverse wafer fab equipment in a clean room setting, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and company standards.
  • Proficiently handle delicate wafers and small devices, loading fixtures and processing equipment with precision.
  • Conduct basic measurements, perform visual inspections, and accurately document work according to established procedures, emphasizing reliability and punctuality.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED mandatory; entry-level position with no prior experience necessary.
  • Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking) required.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, manage multiple tasks, lift up to 10 pounds frequently, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds; strong attention to detail essential.
