Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble and test electronic components and circuits using various tools and equipment, including soldering irons, wire strippers, and multimeters.
  • Read and interpret schematics and technical drawings to ensure accurate assembly and testing.
  • Use precision instruments, such as microscopes and calipers, to inspect and measure components and assemblies.
  • Work in a cleanroom environment, adhering to 5S standards and following proper protocols for handling and storing sensitive components.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve manufacturing processes.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in electronics or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in electronics assembly and testing, preferably in a PCB manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of electronics principles, including circuit analysis and troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency in using various tools and equipment, including soldering irons, wire strippers, and multimeters.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
