Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Corestaff Services. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to the Operations Manager and leadership staff, ensuring the efficient operation of the Porsche Cars North America facility in Atlanta, GA.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with customer service calls from dealers, coding vendor invoices, and managing vendor relationships

• Review monthly accounts payable reports for accuracy and secure documentation for processing new vendor accounts

• Track all invoices received and manage PDC assets

• Assist with event planning, ordering office supplies, and scheduling vendor appointments

• Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for team members

• Assist with benefits administration, including 401K applications and insurance issues

• Manage FTE and contractor payroll system and submit to Payroll for processing

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a manufacturing or logistics environment

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently with limited direct supervision

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

• Experience with SAP accounting/warehouse system is preferred

• Ability to lift 15 pounds at times
